Studio/Office Assistant (with growth to Office Manager)
We are looking for a self-motivated and result-oriented Full-Time Studio Assistant to help support our community and local Art Center (Robertson Art Zone/RAZ).
The Studio/Office Assistant will be responsible for supporting the operations department by developing and maintaining customer relationships. They will assist executives, staff members, and teachers, as well as maintain studio appearance.

They are responsible for meeting with clients to discuss their requirements and expectations for an event and then supervising its preparation and implementation. Planning event with attention to financial and time constraints, as well as getting the help needed during the events.
After-School and Camps Director
This is a leadership role. The After-School and Camps Director is responsible for the day-to-day management of camps and after-school programs for ages 3-12. They will coordinate existing activities for students, develop new programs, communicate with parents, and supervise children to make sure they are safe & happy.
