Use art to establish self-care rituals. Class 1 - Self-Love - Connect to your highest self through painting and collage. Class 2 - Creating Balanced Relationships - Create harmony with wood and clay. Class 3 - Express Yourself - Acrylics on canvas. Class 4 - Rest & Relax - Make your very own Zen Garden. Schedule: Thursdays, 1-3 pm (February 9, 16, 23, & March 2)
